Will Eva be shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. The packaging we use for this product is completely discreet — it will show up in a plain brown box, with the return address listed as "DP Return Center." It’ll be our little secret. ;)

NOTE: International shipments may include a customs declaration.

U.S. Orders

We respect your privacy. We always use discreet, plain packaging and make no reference to Eva or Dame Products on our labeling.

Orders are typically processed at or before 8:00 AM EST Monday through Friday. Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, warehouse closures etc, fulfillment may take up to 7 days after the order is received.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

International Orders

All international orders ship from our international fulfillment service located in China. Customs forms will be marked as discreetly as possible, using "Battery-Operated Massager" as the description. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that these items are acceptable for import to their country.

We currently cannot ship to Serbia, Thailand, or Malaysia due to customs restrictions. If local law is prohibitive and the package is seized, there isn't anything we can do, and the customer will likely experience a loss in these cases.

Please note we cannot ship any international order whose address is listed in non-Roman characters or whose shipping information does not include a phone number.

Return Policy

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 90 days of receipt for refund or exchange. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept non-defective returns of vibrators once they have been opened.

Any product bought directly from Dame Products (either through our website [www.dameproducts.com] or our Indiegogo campaign) may be returned directly to Dame Products; products purchased through other vendors must be returned directly to that vendor.

Products under warranty can be returned up to one year with proof of purchase. See Warranty for details.

THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE REGARDING WARRANTIES AND LEGAL RIGHTS IS INTENDED FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. Dame Products warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorized service agencies. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product. Due to continuing improvements, actual product may differ slightly from the product described herein.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

THE FOREGOING IS THE SOLE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS. DAME PRODUCTS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DAME PRODUCTS' LIABILITY AND CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH WILL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT BY DAME PRODUCTS OR ITS AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS. THE WARRANTIES ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

IN NO EVENT WILL DAME PRODUCTS OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED OR SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR BASED ON ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SUCH DAMAGES MAY INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF SAVINGS OR REVENUE; LOSS OF PROFIT; LOSS OF USE; THE CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION RETAILERS; ANY COST OF ANY SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

What does Eva come with?

Eva comes with a USB charging cable, a wall adapter, a user manual and a satin storage bag.
